Paul Bramley
Paul started Metrosol Limited in 2004 and
is responsible for providing the strategic direction
for the business, the management of development projects
and electronics/software design. Having graduated
in Electrical Sciences from Cambridge University,
he has spent his career in instrument design, the
majority of which being the technical director in
temperature metrology companies.

David Cruickshank
David joined Metrosol in October 2014 with
a specific remit to research Johnson Noise Thermometry.
David was previously a Senior Lecturer at The University
of Edinburgh where he mostly worked on mobile communications
systems in the Institute for Digital Communications.

Jeremy Gill
Jeremy has been with the company since the
beginning, having previously worked in temperature
metrology research and development for over 30 years.
He is responsible for the mechanical design, product
assembly and QA.

Jack Thorpe
Jack joined Metrosol in June 2019 after graduating
with a physics degree from Imperial College London.
Jack works with the Johnsons Noise Thermometry research
team, helping test and prototype the JNT system.

Stewart Hanney
Stewart has been working with Metrosol since
2010. With over 30 years experience in IT and manufacturing,
he is responsible for rigorously testing all our instruments
before they reach our customers.

Daniel Green
Dan is our first apprentice and joined Metrosol
in 2020 after just finishing his GCSEs. He will progress
to help the development in future mechanical designs
and product assembly.
