Paul Bramley
Paul started Metrosol Limited in 2004 and is responsible for providing the strategic direction for the business, the management of development projects and electronics/software design. Having graduated in Electrical Sciences from Cambridge University, he has spent his career in instrument design, the majority of which being the technical director in temperature metrology companies.

Robbie Crabtree
Robbie is an Electronic Design Engineer with a knack for solving problems others haven't cracked yet. He is currently leading the development of the world's first practical Johnson Noise Thermometer, pushing the boundaries of what's measurable.

Daniel Green
Dan was our first apprentice and joined Metrosol in 2020. He is proficient in the assembly of all our products and involved in the mechanical designs. Now continuing to advance his knowledge of electronics and software development.

Jeremy Gill
Jeremy has been with the company since the beginning, having worked in temperature metrology research and development for over 40 years. He is responsible for the mechanical design, product assembly and QA.

Chris Goldsworthy
Chris is responsible for the testing and calibration of our products to ensure we meet our high standards. His attention to detail and commitment to precision make him an invaluable part of our QA process.

Will Anderson
Will is the general manager of Metrosol. He originally joined the team working as a development engineer on the Practical Johnson Noise Thermometer project. He continues to work on software development alongside his managerial work.
